I’m your specialist in the intersection of civil engineering and business and I’m building ideas into assets!
My Story
I want to know as much as possible, and as quickly. I grew up learning about the technicalities of electricity and building computers while also being youngest among four wildly different children with mixed interests.
I have seen many different things through this, and all it did was stirring up my curiosity. How do the things actually work? Why don’t they work sometimes? And the complexity of human interference only made it all the more exciting.
Fast-forward many years to now and my focus is clear as ever. I want to know why things are like they are, but more importantly, what could make them change?
This is where my background shows the red threat. Instead of following one profession, I needed more. Deeply rooted in engineering, my curiosity guided me to communications and business. How do we interact with each other? Why is an obvious better technical solution not better in the eyes of others? I needed to find answers and see problems from different angles.
Hence, I have developed a unique skillset in engineering, business and communications. This is applicable in many different projects, but my personal focus lies on infrastructure, mobility, stakeholder management and sustainability transitions.

My Values
It’s not easy standing up for yourself in vastly changing circumstances the 21st century brought to us. Personally, I like to focus and follow my core values. I believe, they are adaptable to my added knowledge and experience, but also societal changes.
My key drivers are belonging, sustainability and understanding.
Everyone interprets different features into these words, and that’s alright. For me, this means simply that I have my own guiding compass that is reflected in my life’s choices, the way I interact with people and how I intend to continue.
You will not find me the most outgoing, or extrovert person. Quite the contrary, you will find me being quiet and attentively listening rather than leading a discussion. I believe, listening to each other benefits us greatly if we really focus on it.
So, while I might be sounding all outgoing here on my own website, bare in mind, that my personality and values are reflected differently, adapted to the circumstances.
